Project Overview
Glenbeigh Developments Ltd invited Datum Groundworks as Principal Contractor towards the S278 works and new access road into the development of Storage King Warehouse Unit Plot 2 and additional Warehouse Units to plot 1.
Project Delivery
The contract requirements are towards the access road construction, drainage, external works, street lighting, with and including structural undertakes works. The S278 works to KCC adoptable standards, included carriageway reconstruction, drainage, street lighting and structural undertakes works, working with – South East Water, UK Power Networks and Openreach Fibre.
Project Outcome
Working to a tight programme to accommodate the New Storage King development, their works commenced 3rd October 2022. Our build duration was for 14 week overall, utilising both days and nights and meeting key dates.
