Phase 1 – To undertake the remediation of the site, working alongside Archaeological Trust. To install accommodation works to erect 138 houses and 24 self builds including garages.
Project Delivery
Drainage strategy in line with the Environmental Agencies requirements. Section 278 works, groundworks including substructure, surface water and foul drainage, substation, piled foundations, kerbing, footpaths, spine and access roads, hardscaping, services, site infrastructure.
Project Outcome
To ensure all works carried out are to a high standard, delivered on time and to the satisfaction of our client, KCC and Environmental Agency.
